What if am about to retrospect on a traumatic event like 3 or 4 years ago and from my experience the more you review and relax, the more memories you'll get from the subconscious mind.
should I be bothered if I can't remember memories related to the clothes a person wore, or even my bedroom,or not able to remember the car that passed in relation to the traumatic event?
or let's say I was typing or working something not remembering the content of what I was typing.
- or the most important is the behaviors, and actions in the three brains right, the consequences of the effect, what triggered it, and my reactions and it's debilitating effect on the three brains.

Second, it is not important to recollect insignificant data. Let your intuition guide you towards the data that is important and relevant.
